Greetings, I'm Wendy Wood, your Certified Stretch Coach. In 2023, I earned my certification in Stretching & Flexibility, covering the Fundamentals & Physiology of Flexibility, as well as Advanced Application of Assisted Stretching Techniques. Additionally, I enjoy teaching Yoga to Active Agers, including myself. I have spent five years instructing Yoga and Senior fitness to numerous clients and am excited to offer yoga classes.
