Experience the peace and healing power of sound. Since life began, the vibrational properties of sound have been used to move us in every direction possible. Using sound with the intention of healing and bringing peace, creates the space for amazing growth and change.

In the sound meditation sessions, we will use many tones of sound frequency, played specifically to provide a gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative environment that is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience.
